Dabartenders Limited will undertake to do the following tasks to achieve a successful event and also to make your day a memorable one.
1. Liaising with the under listed service vendors, prior to and on the event day. The client will be ably represented by Dabartenders Limited in communication to the vendors. That is ensuring there’s a detailed agreement on style of service to be provided. The client will receive a continual feed-back on meetings with service vendors. Here is a prior list of some of the things we take charge of for you :a. Venue Site b.Rental Company c. Decorating (Dabartenders Limited SPACE DESIGNERS) d. Printing: Invitations Programme Gift Bags Guest Book e. Master of Ceremony/Comedian f. Banqueting: Caterers (food) Small chops g. Wedding Cake h. Dessert/ Candy station i. Drinks Handler/Bar j. 2. Co-ordination of all activities on the event day, which includes ensuring proper service delivery from all vendors and also ensuring a hitch-free event and satisfied guests.
3. Full service quality control from all service providers.
4. Guests protocol.
5. Seating arrangement planning.
6. “Man the venue: service: which means being on ground a day before the event, ensuring full set-up till the event starts. All ground logistics will be checked and verified.
7. Provision of well trained and gorgeously dressed hostesses at N50,000.00 (FIFTY THOUSAND NAIRA EACH) for the event who would ensure proper ushering & Guests protocol. They would also handle distribution of souvenirs, gifts and would also ensure that Guests welfare is of topmost priority. Our professional Planning, Management& Coordinating fee: N1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION NAIRA EACH). We rely on our wealth of experience in planning both intimate events and large crowd events.
